Every cookie is built on a foundation of premium Australian Vanilla extract and handcrafted by a mum-baker. We focus on the "Golden Ratio"—a perfect balance of a crisp outer shell and soft-baked inner and a thick, velvety stuffed centre.
• What is Kadayfi?
Featured in our Pistachio cookie, Kadayfi is a traditional toasted pastry. We fold it into our dough to create a signature "Dubai-style" crunch that contrasts perfectly with our soft vanilla dough and pistachio créme centre.
• Do you use real fruit?
Yes! Our Celebration uses 100% real freeze-dried raspberries to ensure a punchy, natural tartness without the artificial sweetness of syrups.
2. Gifting & Presentation

• How are the cookies packaged?
Presentation is our priority. Your cookies are nestled in greaseproof paper inside a boutique white gift box, hand-finished with our optional signature maroon ribbon.
• Can I include a gift note?
Absolutely. You can add a personalized message at checkout, which we will include in your box to make your gift extra special.
• Does the invoice show the price?
We know many of our orders are gifts! We do not include prices on the packing slips inside the box. Your digital receipt is sent only to your email.
3. Shipping & Delivery

• Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we ship our stuffed cookies all across the country. Each cookie is individually wrapped to lock in moisture and ensure bakery-freshness upon arrival.
• When will my order be sent?
To ensure maximum freshness, we bake and ship in small batches. Orders are dispatched every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
• How long do the cookies stay fresh?
Our cookies are best enjoyed within 10 days of arrival.
4. Storage & Enjoyment

• Should I reheat my cookies?
For the ultimate "fresh out of the oven" experience, we recommend microwaving your cookie for 7-10 seconds. This softens the stuffed center and enhances the aroma of the Australian Vanilla.
• Can I freeze them?
Yes! Our cookies freeze beautifully for up to 3 months. Simply thaw at room temperature and warm them up for that signature gooey center.
